Brand-new hotel in a pretty nice area just next door to movies theaters and shop. Great staff, soundproof room with a sofa couch, very comfortable bed plus microwave. Overall really great stay for one night.

Liked Dubuque, the hotel was quiet right off the highway. I was pleased with well-stocked and brand-new room, which was complete with microwave and a fridge and a sofa couch. Staff was caring and breakfast was adequate. As for me, the location was unbeatable, near to eateries / stores and all the stores and restaurants. There was Panchero's Mexican Grill nearby to grab something to eat.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Dubuque for a business trip, and my family joined me as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information about the area, including recommendations for family-friendly dining and entertainment options. Our room was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection that even satisfied my picky eaters. this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Highly recommended!
